Generally speaking, the sod that you select will be cut one day prior to delivery. This will ensure that it remains healthy and intact while in route to your site for a morning delivery.
Please note that sod orders are taken in the same order that they are received. In the event that you need to cancel your order, there will be no penalty as long as we are notified prior to the sod being cut. Once it has been cut, it becomes the buyer’s property and the buyer will be held accountable for payment.
